Our Approach

A workplace refresh that nobody has to schedule a meeting around.

Office painting is rarely just paint. It's a tenant improvement riding on a lease deadline, a brand refresh ahead of an investor visit, or a turnover between a vacating tenant and a brand-new build-out. We staff and schedule accordingly — site supervisor on the floor, daily updates to the property manager, and a punch list that closes when you say it does.

Most of our office work happens after the last laptop closes. We sequence rooms, halls, and common areas so your team walks back into a finished floor in the morning. Furniture is protected, IT and AV stay covered and untouched, and breakroom coffee is brewing on time.

For full-building work — common areas, elevator lobbies, parking structures, exterior repaints — we phase by floor and zone, coordinate with property management on tenant notice, and handle the union of trades on site without slowing your other capital projects.

The best compliment on an office repaint is when employees ask, "Wait, did something change?" — because the space just feels new.

Sector Considerations

What makes corporate · workplace work different.

01

Occupied-Building Protocols

Tenant notification, badge access, freight elevator scheduling, and after-hours sign-in are part of our standard playbook.

02

IT & AV Protection

We mask and cover server cabinets, conference room AV, monitors, and cabling — never moved or unplugged without your sign-off.

03

Brand & Wayfinding

Accent walls, brand color reception areas, and wayfinding paint schemes match your design intent and graphics standards.

04

Property Management Coordination

Daily check-ins with the property manager, COIs on file, and proper parking and dumpster coordination on day one.

Scope of Work

Office Spaces We Refinish
